Editorial standards
The standards khabr.pk follows in everything it publishes.
Accuracy first
We would rather be later than wrong. A story waits until it is confirmed, and we report only what our sources report.
Neutral and plain
We write neutrally and plainly, without opinion, sensational words or clickbait headlines.
Fair to people
We do not name victims of sexual violence or children involved in crimes, we do not describe violence graphically, and we do not publish accusations against private people.
Money and health
Market and business reports give prices and figures as facts with their time and source. We never tell readers to buy, sell or hold anything. Science and health reports say what a study found and who did it, and never present findings as cures.
Credit and copyright
We credit and link every outlet we rely on. We do not republish other outlets' articles or photos.
Corrections
When we get something wrong we correct it openly, with a dated note on the article, and list it on our Corrections page.
